What winning looks like in this role:
- Meet with homeowners in their homes to design beautiful, customized window and door solutions that improve how they live
- Deliver a premium, consultative sales experience that builds trust and earns lifelong customers and referrals
- Provide solutions to homeowners who have contacted Pella, requesting our services and inquiring about our products
- Help customers transform their homes while achieving strong personal sales success with Pella’s industry-leading products and support
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Strong relationship building skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Customer focused mindset
- Positive energy & teamwork mentality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs
- Goal-driven, results-oriented, and highly self-motivated
- Knowledge of general construction, remodeling, or window and door products is a plus, but not required - we provide training

Salary: 100% Commission-based, with guaranteed training pay during your first 6-8 weeks of employment
